Graduating from the University of Durham with a first in Mathematics, Phil brings to the company over 12 years of team leading experience gained in a number of blue-chip organisations.
David Pentney

Experience
Before joining Scott Logic, David worked as a consultant to two leading investment banks. He worked for four years in Morgan Stanley’s Private Wealth Management division, developing trading and asset management tools, and for one year with Deutsche Bank, supporting the Program Trading desk.
Simon Foley
Position
Head of Development, Scotland
Experience
Simon has 17 years experience in financial services IT in the City of London and Edinburgh, both in software development and senior management roles. His sector experience includes investment banking, life/insurance and investments. Simon joined Scott Logic as Head of Development, Scotland in February 2010.
Simon holds a BEng (Hons) in Information Engineering from the University of Strathclyde and an MBA (with Distinction) from Warwick Business School.
