We encourage developers to delve into areas that particularly interest them. Our blogs allow us to discuss what we’re thinking about at the moment, and contribute to the wider software community. We present at conferences and contribute to open source projects. Six of our developers recently entered the Mix10K competition to create a web application using no more than 10k of code.
